Description of the pre-assembled cables

Aluminum cable with 6201-T81 alloy in the neutral and 1350-H19 aluminum phases, all covered with 90°C cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE). Highly weather-resistant and UV-protected, it is suitable for working at a maximum operating temperature of 90°C under normal conditions. It can be duplex, triplex, or quadruplex. The XLPE insulation is resistant to moisture and light, suitable for outdoor use, making it ideal for outdoor work.

Construction of pre-assembled cables

Service Voltage	0,6/1.1 kV
Phase conductor	Electrical grade 1350 aluminum (AAC) in the active conductors.
Isolation	PE (Thermoplastic Polyethylene) for 10 mm2 sections. XLPE (Cross-linked Polyethylene) for sections of 16 mm2 or more.
Conductor neutral	Conductor made of aluminum strands for neutral conductor cross-sections of 10 to 35 mm2. Conductor made of aluminum alloy strands for neutral conductor cross-sections of 50 mm2.
Conductor de lightening	The conductors will be made of H68 aluminum and compacted circular braids.
Cabling	The cables must be wired in the left hand direction(S).

Applications of Pre-assembled Cables

Pre-assembled cables are used in distribution circuits and residential service connections. They have an advantage over bare cables because they can be installed in wooded areas and in premises with limited physical space. Because they are insulated, they provide greater reliability to the electrical system, preventing disconnections due to short circuits.
